How do I cancel my account?
Simply send your cancellation request via email. All request must be submitted seven days prior to account renewal. No cancallation fee. No questions asked.
Why do filmmakers & playwrights post with Casting Connection?
Itís FREE and they get to cast from a large pool of professional actors normally unavailable unless they have the budget to hire a casting director and pay talent agentís commission fees. They also get access to an online headshot & resume database, and automatic submissions directly to their in boxes.

How do I update information in my profile (new email, search criteria, headshot and/or resume)?
Any information in your profile can be updated by logging in and clicking the "Edit" link located in the My Profile section.
I forgot my username/password. How can i get in?
Just click the "Forgot your password" link on the Home Page, enter in the email address you used when signing up, and we will email your password to you.
How do I get my photo and recent credits on the Home Page?
All members of Casting Connection are welcome to post their recent bookings, upcoming screenings, and all industry-related news. Just send in your info, typed up how you'd like it to read along with a photo.
How do I advertise my company with Casting Connection?
Just send us an email and we'll send you the details.
How do I update information in my posting?
You can update any information in your posting (i.e., add/delete roles, email address, change production dates) by logging in and simply selecting "edit" in the "My Projects "box.

There is an average of 2-3 new listing daily. Checking in every few days will ensure you don't miss anything,
How does the Headshot & Resume database work?
Creating a profile is free when you are a member. Once you have posted your headshot & resume you can electronically submit to the postings with a simple click of a button. Saving you and the director/producer lots of time and money. Profile updates are always free. There are no hidden charges. Ever.
