 | David Fine keeps on kickin' with a high credit role in the film "Sensored" starring Robert Picardo of Star Trek Voyager. Fine also recently wrapped on a film shot in Sarasota Florida called "The Message," his second film in six months opposite horror starlet Erica Leerhsen ("Blair Witch II" and "Wrong Turn II") David also did a SAG vo spot for "Wellpoint." His role opposite Ed Harris can be seen at the SF Film Festival premiere of the Miller Brother's "Touching Home" on April 26th. |
Jeffrey Weissman co-stars in the “Christopher Guest” style mocu-mentary, “corked”, which is having it’s world premiere at the Sonoma Valley Film Festival April 11th & 12th. Jeffrey got the audition for the role of Jerry Hannon in “corked” through Casting Connection. The directors cast him sighting his abilities as an actor and improviser, much later they found out about roles he played previously; Clint Eastwood’s “Pale Rider”, George Miller’s episode of “Twilight Zone the Movie”, and Robert Zemeckis cast him to play the iconic role of “George McFly” in the two sequels to “Back to the Future”. Among other auditons landed on Casting Connection, Jeffrey appears in "Car Babes" due on DVD later this year, and co-stars in "Night Fliers" which is in post. He also teaches film technique to local talent. |  |

Maya Mahrer just landed a lead in a sci-fi feature film, "The Confined." "This is my first "big" film and I am very excited -- pay and everything. Will the aliens get me or not? Stay tuned!! We will be shooting in the Sacramento area in April for one month. Big, big fun! Break your faces, everyone!"
